    ## If you change you mind
    You can return an undamaged item within 30 days of your purchase for a partial refund. We will refund your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated from the original purchase price.  
    The refund will be issued once the item is recieved and condition verified. 
    
    ## If your item arrives damaged or was misrepresented  
    You can return an item that arrived damaged or was misrepresented within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.  
    The refund will be issues once the item is recieved and condition verified.
    
    ## Return shipping  
    All return shipments must be arranged through doridium.com and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying documentation that may have been received with the order).
    
    ## Exchange rate notice  
    All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
